Yay! Were almost there folks...the weekend!!! Whoop! Whoop! Today is an exciting day today because it's LINLY HEFLIN FASHION SHOW DAY!!! Again, whoop whoop!!! For those of you who do not know what the Linly Heflin Fashion Show is it is a once a year fashion show sponsored by Neiman Marcus and the YMCA. This organization gives one deserving young lady a scholarship each year. And each year they bring back one of their recipients to show just how much this organization has done for them in their lives. They really do help change lives. It is amazing. Most of these women come from very dire situations and become wonderful and successful women right here in the Birmingham area. The show also presents different up and coming designers. And I JUST LOVE IT!!! It definitely gives you good ideas for fall and what is going to be "in" this year. And the best part is that my boss gets a table each year and I get to go for free. Can I get another WHOOP WHOOP! :) Needless to say, I am very excited. I will be giving all of my little fashion tidbits tomorrow. And of course I cannot end the blog without posting some pics of my beautiful girls. Olivia has been real intrigued with "fashion" lately. Although her idea of fashion is wearing something that looks like she must have been blind when putting it on. Her new saying is that she has a "passion for fashion" (hence the title of this post)I know...I'm in trouble. I think I need to stop letting her look at the pictures in the US Weekly and OK magazines. Anyways, last night she came in the living room wearing her Hannah Montana wig, a feather boa, some type of arm leggings and her birthday outfit and kept asking me how fabulous she looked.....
And then here is a pic from the other night right before we left to go see my parents. She came in and said, okay...now I'm ready...........
And here is my sweet little Mylee. She has learned to say cheese and always looks like she is about to hurt herself saying it when she does....it cracks me up! It really is the cutest thing.
I hope everyone has a great day and wonderful week!

Wednesday Devotional
I absolutely love to read. I do not get to do it as often as I like due to the fact that I have two children running around but it is one of my dearest passions. I do love a good book that you can get lost in. My mother recently gave me a devotional book that I have been reading daily. The name of the books is Chosen by God: A Celebration of God's Faithfulness in Your Life. It truly is inspiring. I have decided to post once a week one of my favorite passages for the week. The one that I chose today is called "The Secret of Life":
"A famous English sculptor Henry Moore was once asked what the secret of life was. He paused ever so slightly and said "The secret of life is to have a task, something you do your entire life, something you bring everything to, every minute of the day for your whole life. And the most important thing is: It must be something you cannot possibly do." God has a plan for you, and He has chosen you for this very special task. The thing is, however, it will not be anything you can do on your own. As you you rely on HIM and HIS power working through you, you will accomplish more than you ever dreamed possible."
Wow! This passage truly speaks to me. It really shows that as long as you have God first in your life and have him with you always, you can DO ANYTHING!!!! I know I feel God working in my life everyday. I feel it deep inside my sole his presence and I am comforted daily knowing that he is there always by my side. It really makes you stop and think about how truly blessed you are to know our Lord and Savior. There are so many loss soles in this world and I cannot imagine going through life not knowing who our Lord is and having that horrible feeling of despair. There have been many times that I had no idea what the answer to a problem was but knowing that God was looking out for me helped me get through it. I have always turned it over to him and it has ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS worked out. I thank the Lord everyday for the all of the blessings that I have and do not deserve. I thank him for my family, my wonderful friends who I love as family and just being blessed to know him. To all that read this blog, I love you and you truly are a blessing in my life!

Busy Busy Busy................
Well the title describes my life to a t! As I had said in my last post my sister has been visiting the past two weeks. So I have been running back and forth between Trussville and Moody in between cheerleading practices, work and just every day life stuff. So I do have to apologize for not updating sooner but by the time I have been getting home at night....to be honest I'm just tired and have no desire to write anything other than...Good Night..But anyways, here we go.........
Let the birthings begin! As I have mentioned before, I feel like everyone of my GNO friends are pregnant. Well, maybe not everyone, but a lot of them are. My friend Lindy gave birth to a beautiful baby boy on September 11th. Now Olivia has a birthday buddy! His name is Matthew Wyatt! He is GORGEOUS! Morgan, Amber and I went to see Lindy and Matt (the daddy) on Saturday, September 12th. Lindy looked amazing. She did not looked like she had a baby not even 24 hours before. Here is a picture of our newest addition to the GNO group...can you tell how proud we all are:
Olivia has a cousin named Jonathan that was born three days before her. His mother (Nicole) and I are also cousins. We were born two months apart and really have been inseparable since. She and I are a lot of like in some ways and very different in others. I guess you can say we balance each other out. She is more of a sister to me than a cousin. When we were little we use to say how awesome it would be if we could be pregnant at the same time. Just like our mothers were with us! Well, it happened! Anyways, Jonathan turned six and we had a birthday party for him the weekend before last. It was really great because my sister was also here so all of the kids got to play and run around together. It was a great time. Here are some pics:

Yesterday, we celebrated Olivia's party. It was a Hannah Montana Party!! Whoo-Hoo!! Thank you Lord it did not rain! That was a definite blessing since the amount of people we are blessed with out number the size of my house! So I was a little nervous that everyone would be inside but God worked it out for us and blessed us with sunshine! I found this neat face painter who came and did all of the kids faces. I know what your thinking...face painter...what's the big deal? Well this lady was awesome!!! It wasn't like the face painting that we used to get. To me, these were pretty elaborate things and she did everything by hand! Can you tell how impressed I was? Her website is www.starshinefaces.com. She was very sweet. Great with the kids and everyone seemed really happy with the results. Olivia had a blast, which was my main concern. She got a ton of presents and had a ton of fun playing with everyone. Here are some pics from the big day!
I have a ton of other pictures but they are at work so I will have to upload some more tomorrow. I hope everyone has a wonderful night!

Hump Day!
Well Happy Hump Day everyone! Thank the Lord the week is almost over. I sometimes feel like I wish my life away but I seriously look forward to my days off. My children have decided that they want to stay sick ALL the time. Well maybe not ALL the time but at least one of them has been sick every week for the past 4 weeks. That is no joke. My poor little niece was diagnosed with the swine flu on Monday. And guess who she spent all Friday night with.....that's right my Olivia. So I wasn't totally surprised when I got a call from the school yesterday. Olivia was running a low grade fever and had thrown up. LOVELY! Thank you to my wonderful hubby who took off work, picked her up at school (even though he forgot she was in big girl school and went to the daycare first, god love him) and then drove to the CP (for you non Alabama people that's center point) to drop her off at his Mommy's. And then got back out and took Olivia to the doctor at 4:00. Now my husband has been to the doctor with the kids before but never late in the afternoon on a school day. He called me three times while he was at the doctors office. Once, to ask why we even made appointments because they were not going to see her at that time anyways. The second time was to ask me how sick did I really think she was. And the last time was to tell me good night because he said he wouldn't be out of the doctor's office before I went to bed. I told him, "Welcome to my world!" Thank you Lord it was not the swine flu but because she has been exposed she has to take the tamiflu for ten days. She actually tested negative for everything. I guess she still has a touch of the virus she had before. I am like most people who have heard about the wide spread epidemic of the swine flu that has hit the Trussville area and really the whole state. Well I didn't realize how bad it really was until I had to call TEN, yes TEN, stores to find Tamilflu. I finally found one in Leeds that still had it but they were almost out. So ten phone calls and sixty dollars later, we have the Tami Flu a/k/a Liquid Gold. Then to top the night off I had planned on making spaghetti and realized i had no meat laid out so we had spaghetti noodles and sauce...no meat. It was still yummy, although I could tell by my husband's face that after all evening in the doctor's offfice, he was really not feeling it. :) Just another day in the life of the Stults......

Party Planning
I don't know what's worse, starting out a Monday on a Monday or starting out a Monday on a Tuesday. I think it just throws my whole week off. We, or I, completely forgot about cheerleading practice on Monday night. With my sister being here and Labor Day it really has thrown my whole schedule off. Olivia's Birthday is FRIDAY! September 11th! My baby girl is going to be six years old.....WOW AND OMG! That's all I can say. WOW! Again, I know! Her birthday has kind of snuck up on me this year. Ever since that little girl has been born I have always started planning her birthday at least two months in advance. This year.....absolutely nothing has been done!!! I have really been freaking out for about two days about this. I have called several places and of course, everything is booked. I am still waiting to hear back from the face painting lady. Isn't it crazy how much we do for our kids? I mean, I did not have big birthday parties every year. I can remember several times only having my parents and grandparents over for cake and ice cream and sometimes just my immediate family. But each year Olivia has a fairly large party with the whole family and some of her friends. But I can't help it. I do love seeing her get sooo excited over a party that is just for her. So here we are again...planning a party in a week. I have decided that we will probably have her birthday on September 20th. That at least gives me two weeks to party plan. We are having a Hannah Montana Party! Shocking, yes, I know! I have found this new website that I absolutely love! www.Etsy.com It's kind of like an ebay type site. I found a cute little "rockstar" outfit for Olivia to wear for her birthday party.
Here is a pic of one that is just like it. Olivia's will of course have a 6 on it:
I have also ordered from that site these cupcake toppers. These were an example that the lady sent to me. Olivia's are going to be purple, hot pink, silver and black but you get the idea.
I am also making these "backstage passes" for the kids to wear to the Olivia's VIP Birthday party as name tags. Well, at least I'm trying to make backstage passes as name tags. We will just see how they turn out. Hopefully I will be able to pull this all together and have everything ready by then. Wish me Luck!

HAPPY LABOR DAY!!!
Happy Labor Day Everyone! I hope everyone has had a wonderful day. We definitely did! Thank you to my wonderful parents for hosting Labor Day festitivies at their house. My little sister is visiting from Little Chute, Wisconsin and so I have been able to spend time with her and my two beautiful Nieces, Lexie (2 years) and Kaylie (1 year)this weekend. I definitely do not get to seem them enough. So today we had a total of 4 kids at my parent's house and all of them 5 and under. Needless to say my parents house has been a complete zoo all weekend long and my parents a nervous wreck. But I think they secretly love it! My daddy cooked steak, bake potatoes and sald for our Labor Day meal. It was absolutely delicious and I am sooo stuffed. Our day basically consisted of relaxing, eating, laughing and basically enjoying each other's company. I couldn't have asked for a better Labor Day! Here are some pics from our little festitives........

IT'S BEEN TOO LONG....................
Well, I am FINALLY updating my blog after a couple of weeks. It's been a little nuts in the Stults house since school and cheerleading started. Plus both of my little babies have been sick on and off for the past three weeks. I swear, I keep Dr. Wilson in buisness but I am going to try my best to do better in the future. Here we go..................................................
We had a babyshower last weekend for Morgan, one of the girls in our GNO group. I think everything turned out fabolous! She got a ton of adorable outfits for not only Baby Brooks but for Ms. Emma, the big sister, as well. We, the hostesses, got her a double stroller that was just too cute.
Here are some pics from her shower:
The cake......
The mantel decorations-VERY cute idea......
The monogrammed napkins..........
The food.............
The sign-in table.....Isn't Leah's centerpiece adorable?
The presents..........minus the stroller, which I apparently did not take a picture of....although I swear I distinctly remember doing it..............
The FABOLOUS GNO Girls!!!!.........love em all.......
Me and the adorable Momma...our Morgan...
Heather, Morgan and Me....the Gorham & Waldrep girls......
Sweet Little Lucy and her new friend.............
Yesterday was Olivia's first "Home" Game. It was against Hoover. The day, as always, started out very hectic. We had went and visited Aunt Nicole the night before so I had not laid everything out like I normally do. I got up early and started gathering the diaper bag stuff, blankets, umbrellas (because it was raining but we will get to that in a minute), towels, waterbottle, pom-poms, backpack, ...oh I'm not done...snacks, wipes, uniform top, uniform bottom, shoes, socks and bloomers...wait...no bloomers! I could not find her bloomers! I started searching and searching....tearing my house apart searching for those bloomers. NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! Now something in my house is swallowing things. I have yet to find my keys that have been lost for the past week and half. I think it has two legs and is 17 months old...but I will not name names. In any event, Thank you LORD for Aunt Carmen! I called Sandon's sister, Carmen, and we borrowed Natalie's bloomers for the game. I get Olivia dressed and sent her out the door because after the whole bloomers incident I was still in my night gown, had a towel on my head and Mylee was at my feet in a diaper. She and I rushed to get ready and flew over to the ballpark. The game started out great. Girls looked great and were having a blast. I really do love the Saturday morning games at the ballpark. Plus it was the first day of college football so we all knew it was going to be a great day. Then the rain began. Not just a little rain...pouring cold wet rain! Sandon took Mylee to sit under the pavillion at the concession stands and the brave momma (That's Me!) fought the weather and I got to say, the weather won. I was drenched. I had an umbrella but it did not really help. Thank the Lord the cheer sponsors let us go after the halftime show. Here are some pics from the game :
The beginning of the game....life is good....
Everything is still cheertastic!
Then it begins..........
We really have had enough.......
Announcing her name......
The Half Time Show
I hope everyone has a wonderful Labor Day! I know we will. My little sister will be here today and so I will be spending Labor Day with my two beautiful nieces!!!
Be Safe Everyone...Love to all,
